The following recipes are designed to be simple and easy. Ralph's Spices take ordinary dishes and
make them extraordinary!
Ralph's Spices

5 - 6 medium tomatoes
1 bunch cilantro
1/4 onion, chopped
1-2 fresh jalapeno peppers
Juice of one lime
Ralph's Pico de Gallo Seasoning
Chop tomatoes and place in bowl.  Chop cilantro, onion, and peppers, mix with tomatoes. Add lime juice and Ralph's Pico
de Gallo Seasoning. Stir well. You can make this dish spicier by adding more jalapeno peppers, or milder by using less
peppers and removing seeds and ribs before chopping.

Carne Asada Burritos (serves 4)

1 - 2 lbs beef flank steak (any cut of steak may
be used)
Ralph's Carne Asada Seasoning
2 tbsp. cooking oil
4 burrito tortillas
pico de gallo (see recipe above)
2 avocados, cut into slices  
Fidelo (serves 4)

One box or package fidello noodles (sold as
vermicelli in some areas)
3 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
Ralph's Sazon Fideo
Cut beef into small cubes and season with Ralph's Carne Asada Seasoning. Heat oil in skillet and brown beef on high
heat.  Turn heat down and cook till done. Divide meat evenly and place on tortillas. Add pico de gallo and top with
avocado slices. Fold top and bottom edges of tortillas up, and roll to create burritos. Place burritos in hot skillet and
lightly brown both sides.  Serve with sour cream, chopped cilantro, and additional pico de gallo, if desired.
Heat oil in skillet.  Brown noodles, stirring frequently.  Add onion, garlic, tomatoes, broth, and Ralph's Sazon Fideo. Stir,
bring to a simmer, and cook 20 - 25 minutes till noodles are done.
